3D-design & strikk
Hos Manufacture Oslo har vi omfavnet de nye digitale verktøyene tilgjengelig for moteindustrien. Vi bruker CLO3D å visualisere, designe og digitalt teste plagg før du begynner fysisk prøvetaking. Etter vår erfaring fører dette ikke bare til færre kostbare produksjonsfeil, men åpner også for større involvering og kreativitet i designprosessen.
Strikkevarer er en av våre nøkkelinvesteringer, og vi bruker ApexFiz som vårt designverktøy når vi utvikler nye strikkeplagg. Programvaren lar oss planlegge og gjengi hver eneste tråd i et strikkemønster, og gjør det også lettere å kommunisere med eksterne strikkeprodusenter.
I tillegg tilbyr vi bedriftsopplæring i CLO3D & ApexFiz.

Avhengig av bedriftsstørrelse og deres spesifikke behov, tilbyr vi skreddersydde produksjonstjenester.
LOKAL PRODUKSJON
Ved våre anlegg i Oslo er vi i stand til å utvikle prototyper, produsere prøver og mindre kapselsamlinger. De interne teknikerne har ekspertise innen mønsterfremstilling og plaggkonstruksjon.
EKSTERNT - Forsyningskjedestyring
For produksjon i større skala samarbeider vi med nøye utvalgte, sertifiserte fabrikker i Europa og India som matcher vår lidenskap for ansvarlig plaggproduksjon.
Vi utvikler tekniske spesifikasjoner, legger inn bestillinger og styrer prosessen fra begynnelse til slutt.
